Born in Visalia, Ca on March 14, 1944 to Marile and Lovina Bruce, 
God called our Beloved Mom, Grandma, Great Grammy, Sister, Aunt & Friend home on November 17, 2017. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family. She enjoyed spending time with her children & gandchildren & attending their sporting events. She went out & beyond for anyone. Her favorite past time was attending car races with Bob, she was a Dale Earnhardt & Dale Jr fan. Sundays were all about Nascar. For the past few years she spent alot of her time with her Best friend Fay, who worked with her in the 70's at historic Merle's drive-in.
She loved serving her community as a waitress.  Merle's drive-in being her first job in Visalia, Ca. She also worked for Denny's,  Lyon's, Ryan's place & Apple Annies where she retired in Tulare, Ca.

She is survived by her Sister Terry Beargeon-Doyel & Brother Michael (Kathi)Bruce, Son Kevin(Julie)Scharton and twins Melissa Scharton, Michelle(Robert)Campos, Grandchildren Jonathan and Chris CamposM, Mariah Ramirez, Michael Duran, Emily, Sierra and Brooklyn Scharton, Derrick Gonzales and one Great Grandson Abel Manzo. She had many Aunts, uncles, Nieces, Nephews and cousins who she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life Bob Scharton, Daughter Stephanie, Parents Marile & Lovina Bruce and brother Don(Cynthia) Bruce.

Glenda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Celebration of life was held on Sat, Dec 2, 2017. @3pm. In Visalia, Ca at the residence of Kevin Scharton.
